Athlete Packet Pick Up will be Thursday, June 8 from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. and Friday, June 9 from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. in room 134 at the UCO Wellness Center (100 N. University Dr. Edmond, OK 73034).
Athletes must pick up their packet and check in prior to competing in any competition at the UCO Endeavor Games.
During packet pick up you will be able to purchase extra meal tickets, and coaches will be able to pick up their credentials/meal tickets.
If you have an issue with being able to pick up your packet during the scheduled time/at the scheduled location, send Cassidhe Walker an email at cwalker68@uco.edu.
Venue/Scheduling Reminders
The cycling clinics will take place in the parking lot just west of Hamilton Field House.
The cycling competitions will start from North Pointe Baptist Church on Coffee Creek Rd, Edmond, OK. Please ensure you are going to the correct place.
The goalball clinic will take place at the UCO Wellness Center.
The goalball competition will take place at UCO’s Hamilton Field House.
We are offering national classification in archery, swimming, and track and field. Classification is by appointment only. If you did not make an appointment, you will not be classified.
Medals/Results
The UCO Endeavor Games will be awarding medals at the end of each competition if results are ready. If you are unable to wait after your competition you may pick up your medals at the following locations:
Friday, June 9, UCO Wellness Center: 9 a.m.-4 p.m.; Mitch Park YMCA: 4:30 p.m. – 8:3 p.m.
Saturday, June 10, Edmond North High School Football Stadium: 8 a.m.-3 p.m.; UCO Nigh University Center: 6:30-7:30 p.m.; after athlete celebration-9:30 p.m.
Sunday, June 11, UCO Wellness Center: 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
If you are unable to pick up your medal at your competition or any of the locations above, you may email Cassidhe Walker at cwalker68@uco.edu with your full name, competition, event, classification and mailing address.
We will only mail out medals if we receive an email from you with the above information. Please note that if you do not pick your medals up at the Games, your medals will be delayed in getting to you.
Sanctioning
Track and Field (Friday, June 9 and Saturday, June 10)Move United – you may use your Track and Field results to qualify for Nationals.
Results will be sent directly to Move United as soon as possible after the Games conclude.
Saturday, June 10: USA Archery - Please note that if you are competing in the STAR FITA you must have USA Archery Membership. Temporary memberships are available.

Shuttles
UCO Endeavor Games will provide shuttles to and from the event venues to participants staying in these partnering hotels:

Hampton Inn on Meline Dr.

Please note if you are not staying at one of these hotels or on campus, transportation to your lodging will not be provided. You may still use the shuttles to go between the different event locations if you wish.
We will not be providing transportation to or from the airport.
Shuttles will run loops continuously, but contact information will be in the lobby of the partnering hotels and in your event resource guide.

Air Rifle Shooting will be going on all day. You can go shoot when it best fits your schedule.

We will be using the Remind system again to send updates.
Classification is not required for the event. You are welcome to compete in all sports without a classification.
Implement(s) and Chair check-in for field participants will happen ONLY at the following dates/times. If you plan to use your own implement(s) and/or chair, you will have to bring them to be checked by our officials.

Event staff and volunteers are happy to answer/find answers to your general event questions. Sport officials will be the best resource for your sport specific questions.
You are responsible for information regarding your personal schedule, classification, etc.
We expect all parties (staff, athletes, coaches, volunteers, officials, medical, etc.) to treat each other/everyone with patience and respect.
If you can no longer attend the Games, please let us know so we can remove you from competitions.
